BILINGUAL FANZINE

SCHOOL PROJECT

MEXICAN FOOD

There are many misconceptions about what Mexican food is, especially abroad.
Perhaps because it has spread with the image of American fast food, however, many of these ideas are only myths. For example, we don’t eat just tacos; not all Mexican food is spicy, burritos are not our typical dish, etc. The menu is so diverse that often even being local, we don’t know the history behind our most typical dishes.

In this fanzine we talk about the history behind the food, we expose some curious facts, places to eat (whether you visit the country or live in Mexico and want to try something new) and we show you some recipes of the most typical dishes that you might not know. The design is modern, dynamic and simple. It is bilingual (Spanish-English) so that both local and foreign public can understand it.
